Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
What this covers
You can return, exchange, or get a refund if the product is wrong, damaged, defective, mis-described, or delivered near its expiry date without clear disclosure.
Timelines
- Report issues within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Once approved, send back item within 3 business days.
- After we receive and inspect, refunds or exchanges happen in 5-7 business days.
Eligibility
- Original packaging with tags, manuals, accessories, batch/serial labels intact.
- Item must be unused unless defect or damage is the cause.
- For hygiene or medical items, seal should be unbroken (unless defect/damage).
What’s not returnable
- Opened or used items (unless defective).
- Items whose seal is broken when hygiene/safety matters apply.
- Products already expired after delivery.
- Items marked “non-returnable” on product pages.
How to request return or exchange
- Contact via email info@agileortho.in or phone 7416216262 with order number, product name, photos (if damage/defect), reason.
- We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA). Without RA, returns may be refused.
- You send item back properly packaged within the timeline.
Refunds & charges
- Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective item).
- For exchange: you pay difference if new item costs more; if less, we refund the difference.
Cancellation
You can cancel before the product is dispatched free of charge. After dispatch, cancellation isn’t possible; follow return policy if eligible.
Damaged / Incorrect deliveries
Check package on delivery. If outer packaging visibly damaged, note it or refuse delivery, and contact us. For wrong / damaged / defective items, we’ll arrange replacement or full refund (including return shipping).
Compliance with law
This policy follows Indian consumer protection laws and the E-Commerce Rules, 2020. It does not limit your legal rights.
