Meril offers MERIZELLE™ Woven, a densely woven variant of their oxidized regenerated cellulose (ORC) absorbable hemostat, designed to provide enhanced strength for effective bleeding control during surgical procedures.

- Composition: 95–100% oxidized regenerated cellulose; 0–5% water.
- Appearance: White to pale yellow densely woven fabric with a faint caramel-like aroma.
- Sizes: Available in various dimensions, including 2.54 cm x 2.54 cm and 15.24 cm x 22.9 cm.
- Features:
- Rapid Hemostasis: Achieves hemostasis within 2–4 minutes.
- Absorption: Fully absorbed within 1–2 weeks if left in place; may be removed prior to closure at the surgeon's discretion.
- Antibacterial Properties: Reduces the risk of surgical site infections.
